    Yes we are a licensed Trade Contractor under the QBCC

    License no. 15269694

  • Is Haus Custom Insured?

    Yes our work is insured under our QBCC license. As added security your deposit is held in trust, not used as cashflow for the business.

  • Can Haus Custom remove a wall in my home?

    Haus Custom Cabinets can remove a nib wall that is not connected to the ceiling, however for any other internal walls we can put you in touch with a licensed builder to arrange any building work required.

  • Is your work covered by warranty?

    We honor any manufacturers warranties as well as the QBCC workmanship warranty of 7 years

  • How do I know Haus Custom Cabinets will complete my project, as per the quote?

    We operate under a HIA contract where no changes will be made unless a signed variation is agreed upon before commencement

  • Can I supply my own trades?

    Of course, you can use tradies you know or we can help connect you with our team of plumbers, electricians, tilers and plasterers. It's completely up to you.

  • Can you help with design?

    You know we'd love to. Our interior designers would love nothing more than to help bring your dream kitchen to life. Contact us to make an appointment

  • Is your cabinetry all bespoke?

    Yes! All our cabinetry is made to measure specifically for your project.

  • Does Haus Custom Cabinets have a Showroom?

    Absolutely, come visit us in our showroom and we can talk about the process.
